Opinion

Cristina Gonzalez

At first I was very nervous for entering to the school, but when I was already in, the community and the campus make it easy to get involved and to feel good.

There are a lot of different people, form different countries so you can learn different types of opinions and beliefs.

I think that this university is unique it’s an academic island surrounded by the resources of a major city. For all the engineering students like me, have a benefit, and is the access to well-paying internships at places like Qualcomm, Hewlett-Packard etc.

Well I am very comfortable to be at this university, first of all because it is in a very good location. You’re 10 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes from downtown. The school has a lot of activities that you can get involve. Another thing that I like is that im living in Manchester Village with all my friends, and it’s very good because you learn to live with lots of different types of people.
